Sezgin Boynik
Sezgin Boynik is a theorist and publisher. He holds a PhD from the University of Jyväskylä in Finland on the cultural politics of ‘Black Wave’ Film in Yugoslavia. He is the co-editor of Yugoslavya Komünist Partisi Yayın Organı “Sosyalist Fecri” Gazetesi (The Publication Organ of the Communist Party of Yugoslavia: “Sosyalist Fecri” Newspaper) (TÜSTAV, 2023). He founded Rab-Rab Press in Helsinki in 2014, an independent publishing platform combining experimental art with left-wing politics. He is also the co-founder of Pykë-Presje, an independent cultural space and publishing platform in Prizren. With Tevfik Rada, Boynik led the research and programming of ‘Translated into Socialism’, realized at Salt (2024) and at MG+MSUM (2025).
